As a leading Construction Company the safety of our employees, our clients, subcontractors, visitors and the public is of vital importance to BD Construction.
We pride ourselves on our record for safe working on site - our goal is to work safely without accidents. This is achieved through an effective Management System.
In conjunction with Citation Plc, as consultants, the company has developed a thorough Health & Safety policy which is reviewed annually. This policy is applied to every site; whether the project is a Barn Conversion or a New Build.
BD Construction and its management are committed to maininting the very highest of standards; with no exceptions.
Training & Development
It is only through investment in your employees that you attain a high standard of workmanship and safe working practices. This is why BD Constuction has committed to the Constructionskills training scheme.
Over the past two years we have provided all our staff with specialist training in key areas which include: PASMA, IPAF, Plant Operation, Streetworks, Confined Spaces and Safety Management to include but a few. Training continues throughout 2009.

As a responsible Construction Company we are committed to protecting the environment. Our aim is to reduce waste and recycle or re-use where possible.
The management is constantly looking at new technology to incorporate. Green Technology is constantly advancing and BD Construction will take advantage and make use wherever possible to reduce waste and environmental impact.
